This page explains what information Sandook collects, why we collect it, and who can see it. It covers our app and this website.

What we collect

Your name
Your email address or phone number
Your swipes: the outfits you like and pass on
Your style preferences
The items you save
On this website, how you use it: where you click and scroll, how long you stay, any errors you run into, and a recording of the visit so we can see what got in your way. We never record what you type, we don’t use cookies for this, and we don’t keep your IP address, only your country. A random ID stored in your browser links your visits together. We delete this after 90 days.

We use this information to recommend ethnic wear that suits your taste, and to make the app better.

Only our hosting provider, which stores the data for us.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with retailers or advertisers.

When you tap a product, it opens the retailer’s own website or app. From there, that retailer’s privacy policy applies, not this one.
